The rare bean genre from three-times UK Barista Champion Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood’s Colonna Coffee changes according to availability. The bean shown here is Liquidambo Coe #7 from Honduras, which has a round, juicy sweetness with red apple leading, toffee on the finish, and a delightfully long acidity throughout. 

Blue Mug, deVol


In 2016, deVol launched a new range of ceramic kitchenware born out of its ceramics studio near Loughborough, UK. The range is the creation of designer, Claire Fowler, who applies a scientific approach to glaze chemistry in her work. This mug is made from hand-mixed blue coloured clay, with a white stoneware glaze.
